Pottery in Dudutki
Pottery is traditional Belarusian craft as well as weaving and plaiting. In pottery workshop of Dudutki there are many proves that Belarus is the land of pottery. You can see hundreds of plates, bowls and vases. Almost all of the items were produced directly in this workshop. Any visitor of Dudutki can try himself as potter. In workshop guides and craftsmen will tell many stories about secrets of Belarusian ancient craft. Many receipt of old Belarusian pottery-making were discovered and renovated by the craftsmen of Dudutki. Visitors can be surprised to know that some of the plates and bowls were produced using cabbage juice or flour.
