Weaving mill in Dudutki
Weaving mill in Dudutki is the one of the key expositions of the belarusian museum. It shows traditional Belarusian craft which is famous even in present days. In Belarus since Hand weaving or tapestry making of linen and wool were known since bronze age. Their basic ways of making fabrics were saved till our days. In many Belarusian villages, especially in the south of Belarus it can be found old weavers which used old methods. In weaving mill of Dudutki visitors can see the tools of such weavers like weaver's loom. It’s also possible to see the whole old process of making tapestry from the beginning till the end.
